In light of COVID-19, all events will be reimagined and offered in a virtual format only. We will continue to provide quality resource-filled events that inform you and support your student’s UC San Diego experience.

Family of the Year 2020

It is evident that students continue to rely on the support of their family on their way to and during college. UC San Diego believes this relationship is an important contribution to the college experience, and recognizes families play a valuable role in their students' success and growth in college. For these reasons, we welcome students and families to self-nominate for the Family of the Year Scholarship Award, honored during Homecoming & Family Weekend each fall. This year, the Family of the Year Scholarship Award recipient will be recognized during our virtual brunch celebration on Saturday, October 24th.
