Tips of the Month
- Finals are approaching! Check in with your student about their stress levels and their wellbeing. The Zone offers some great stress relieving activities during finals week so your student can take some healthy breaks from studying.
- Plan for winter break travel. Check out information for students who need to get to the airport or train station.
- Check-in with your student when the quarter is over. The holiday break is an opportunity for students to reflect on what went well and on anything they’d like to change for next quarter. When your student shares, be sure you’re listening to understand and recognize their accomplishments.

- How are you feeling about the quarter, overall? What was your favorite moment this quarter? How did the quarter compare to your expectations?
